Kinesiology Capstone

For my final assignment in my program at the University of North Georgia, we are instructed to develop a training program based on the goals of a client. Prior to developing this program, we met with our client to discuss goals and concerns. Once we met with the client, we took body measurements to ensure we catered his program to his needs.
