Phenomenon Driven Lesson Sequence
As an educator, it is important for us to provide our students with the opportunity to explore the world around them. While presenting a scientific phenomenon, lessons in this sequence allowed students to make hypotheses, and conduct research to explain the phenomenon taking place.
For this specific phenomenon, students explored why the Arctic Sea ice caps are melting, and what we can do to prevent or slow down the rate of melting.
